REVIEW – Taylor Swift FINALLY Drops Her Version of ‘Fearless’

Swifties are ecstatic with the fact that Taylor Swift has finally dropped her version of her first album “Fearless.” This insane revamped album is now available to stream via all major streaming platforms!

It’s not news that the queen of pop is re-recording her own versions of her previous albums in order to maintain ownership of her work. Not only is this an absolute boss move on her part, but the re-recordings hit harder than they ever did before! The announcement that “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” will be released was when her version of “Love Story” dropped a few weeks back. This certainly got everyone excited and Taylor did not disappoint with the rest of the tracks. The album sees the singer’s most loved songs transform into something even more beautiful than before. Classics such as “You Belong With Me,” “Change,” and “The Best Day” pack a punch making them even more catchier than before.

“The Way I Loved You” seems to be a fan favourite the second time round and it’s not hard to see why. Although the original is fantastic, the re-recording just has something there that wasn’t there before. You might not be able to put your finger on it but you will love this track even more than you did before. We were treated to re-recordings of both “Forever & Always” and “Forever & Always (Piano Version)” – whilst one wants to make you scream the lyrics from the top of your lungs, the other will make you sob into your pillow. Speaking of making you want to sob, “White Horse” hurts just as much as it did the first time around.

Some forgotten bangers also features on the album including “Come In With The Rain,” “Today Was A Fairytale,” and “Superstar” among others. For fans that have been there since the beginning of Taylor’s career, listening to the album is like travelling back in time. It’s like listening to all the old songs for the first time again. For newer fans, they get to experience the excitement that they didn’t get the first time.

Taylor Swift always has to take it that one step further. Not only has she re-created all the beloved tracks that were on her album, but she has also dug out some songs from The Vault taht didn’t make it on the album the first time round. A few days before the release, “Mr Perfectly Fine” was dropped as a teaser for what is to come. It’s a song that has that iconic sound the Fearless era was so well known for. New tracks also see “That’s When” which features the legendary country artist Keith Urban, and “You All Over Me” with vocals by the lovely Maren Morris. Old and new songs are truly a celebration to the stunner that is Taylor Swift. She will continually prove that she is in charge of her music and career, and will not let her fans down in the process.

If you weren’t a Taylor Swift fan before…then where have you been?! Now is your chance to join the band wagon. There’s no need to feel left out by all the excitement that’s buzzing around the internet. Be sure to stream “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” now!
