McFly have got us all on an emotional rollercoaster this week after dropping their most recent single “Tonight Is The Night” – now available to stream on all major streaming platforms!

“Tonight Is The Night” will have you reaching for those tissues as it focusses on dealing with your mental health. Finally coming to terms with the emotions that you’re feeling and admitting that you need help. After seeing someone you look up to deal with their own battles inside their head, it makes you realise that nobody is perfect and we all need to talk and help each other. A song that perhaps is needed in the world right now.

When talking about the track, Harry Judd explains;

“In a way ‘Tonight Is The Night’ is the perfect summary of the album because it’s got this classic Tom melody but with Danny production flourishes and great harmonies and hints of [McFly’s 2006 album] Motion in the Ocean”.

This single will please fans old and new. Whilst “Happiness” shows the silly side to McFly with a more grown-up sound, “Tonight Is The Night” sets a more serious tone whilst showing hints go that old classic McFly sound. It’s the perfect to song to listen to at your worst times, and giving you the lift that you deserve.

Both tracks have been released ahead of their highly anticipated album “Young Dumb Thrills” – due to be released on the 13th of November. We can already tell that this is going to be one of the best albums 2020 will see.
