‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Drops in UK Cinemas

Fans of Spider-Man and the overall Marvel franchise have flocked to UK Cinemas since Wednesday to watch the latest film to be released.

At the end of ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’, Spider-Man’s true identity is revealed as Mysterio tells the world that he is in fact, Peter Parker. The beginning of the new film explores how much of an impact this has had in Peter, who has gone from being the neighbourhood hero to being thrusted into the spotlight. His popularity has gone from non-existent to ‘the most famous person in the world’.

Realising that things were a lot easier before the world knew his identity, Peter looks to Doctor Strange for some guidance. He asks him to cast a spell for the world to forget this information, however he requests that his friends and family still remember him half way through the spell. This causes a whole world of issues – as the interruptions result in the multiverse opening.

Before long, Peter finds himself in the company of Spider-Man villains from different universes, including fan favourites The Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, The Lizard, Electro, and Sandman. With the spell not going in the right direction, it has forced residents of other dimensions into the timeline and who do know him.

‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ has all of the classic traits you’d expect to find in a good Marvel film. There’s a lot of funny points and feel good moments, as well as incredibly emotional scenes and nail biting times. Over all, it’s a great watch for fans of all ages. It’s incredibly nostalgic with old and new faces, and plot twist after plot twist.
