Joshua Bassett has recently shared his brand-new single ‘Feel Something’. The track is now available to stream via all major streaming platforms!

Known for his multitude of talents including singing, dancing, instrument-playing and acting, Joshua Bassett has thrilled fans with this new release. Growing up, Joshua was surrounded by the music scene in Oceanside, California. Playing drums at the local church and self-teaching himself the ukulele, guitar and piano, it was clear he was destined for musical greatness.

After acting appearances in popular shows such as ‘Dirty John’ and ‘Greys Anatomy’, he scored the role of Ricky in ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’. Following this he signed a deal with Warner Records, and released ‘Common Sense’ and ‘Anyone Else’ back in 2020.

When talking about ‘Feel Something’, Joshua said:

“‘Feel Something’ is a middle-of-the-night, windows down, running-around-the-city-with-your-friends type of song. After a year of lockdown, everyone can relate to ‘doing anything we can just to feel something.’ I’m writing and recording more than I ever have in my life, and I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun making music. I wrote this very recently and was so excited that I just had to put it out as soon as possible! Hope you enjoy!”

The video that accompanies the song will give you the sense of freedom. It displays a group of friends having a laugh and making a mess just to ‘feel something’. It’s also a great reminder that with the right company, you don’t need an abundance of cash or fancy things to enjoy yourself.
