Sea Girls have recently dropped their insane cover of “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” – a song originally released by Miley Cyrus and Mark Robson. Their version can now be streamed on all major streaming platforms!
“Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” is an absolutely iconic song, but Sea Girls have managed to make the song their own and they have dedicated it to their fans. The band have a love for talented songwriters and this track stuck out to them in terms of storytelling. The song is filled with emotion whilst also having that catchy hook that will get stuck in your head.
When talking about the cover, member Henry Camamile says;
“The first time I heard it was when we were on our tour bus driving through Belgium in the middle of the night to play a festival in Germany the next day. I couldn’t stop playing it for the next 24 hours. It just sounds like a classic. The lyrics are just infectious. “We live and die by pretty lies“ tells a great story, you know? We’re really proud of how it’s turned out and hopefully I’ve done Miley justice in the vocal delivery.”
Sea Girls have also announced that they will be rescheduling their tour dates to the Autumn this year. Dates can be found below. They will be joined by the wonderful Baby Queen as their support act. This is a tour you don’t want to miss, and some dates have sold out – be sure to get your tickets whilst you still can!
