Our song of the week for this week belongs to none other than Jorja Smith, with her brand-new, sultry track “Price of it All.”
“Price of it All” is the leading track for Amazon Prime’s new series “Bait.” The Brit-Award winning songstress delivers a fantastic vocal range, that has a rather menacing edge to it. The single itself was dropped ahead of the upcoming series, giving viewers an insight of what is to come. Dark? Dangerous? Jorja Smith has given a thousand hints as to where the story could go in just a few short minutes.
Exclaiming her excitement for the new series, the singer takes to her social media by sharing:
“I’ve already seen it and Ahhh it’s so gooooooddd!!!”
In “Bait”, the story follows Shah Latif (Riz Ahmed), a British-Pakistani actor who is set to be the next James Bond. However, over six episodes, you will see his professional and personal life begin to crumble.
Jorja Smith is set out to perform a variety of shows over the next coming months, including opening for the one and only Harry Styles in Mexico City as part of his “Together, Together” tour – one of the most anticipated tours of the year!
