“You and Forever” is the latest single by rock band, Bleachers, and they have just dropped a video of a live performance from Electric Lady Studios.

The single was released back in February and has already gained nearly 3 million streams on Spotify. Lead singer, Jack Antonoff, captivates you with his signature vocals that will have you in a dreamlike state. Whilst the track takes off to a gentle start, it gradually builds into something beyond powerful.

Bleachers released a music video to coincide with the single where it tells the tale of Jack walking through the streets, seeming rather distracted and oblivious to his surroundings. As he is fumbling in the streets, the story shifts to a lady (Margaret Qualley) in an apartment seeming to be getting ready for something. By the end, Jack, who has now been caught up in the rain, knocks on the door. The camera cuts as she answers the door, leaving the ending up to viewer interpretation.

The band decided that one music video was simply not enough. They recently dropped a live music video from Electric Lady Studios. Jack’s low tones shine through even more intensely as he and the rest of the band bring the song to a whole new light as they perfrom it live. Soothing, captivating, and truly one you will want to watch over and over again.

“You and Forever” has been released ahead of the bands newest album “everyone for ten minutes” which is due to be released on the 22nd May! The album will be Bleachers fifth, and if “You and Forever” is anything indicator, it will be one of their best. In the meantime, you can stream the new single over on all major streaming platforms!
