Kylie Minogue has released her sensational new album ‘Tension II’. It’s available to listen to on all major streaming platforms!
Starting with ‘Lights, Camera, Action’ it’s evident from the start that Kylie will never lose sight of her signature sound. It’s sultry, sexy, and vocals that are second to none. If this first track is anything to go by, you’re in for a treat for the rest of the album!
‘Someone For Me’ is a great example of how a solo artist can still provide some fabulous and sometimes intense harmonies. Kylie is great for knowing when to bring in extra layers of vocals to compliment, and this one is no exception.
A couple of tracks later, we have ‘Kiss Bang Bang’. With an edge of your seat sort of vibe, the discrete feeling of the unknown will grab you in the first verse. Breaking into a classic dance hit, ‘Kiss Bang Bang’ shows how an underlying theme can carry throughout different moods of the same track.
‘Dance To The Music’ will have you, unsurprisingly, up on your feet by the end of the first chorus. Kylie’s breezy vocals combine with the airy vibe in a gorgeous way, promoting the healthy habit of dancing!
‘Edge of Saturday Night’ features Blessed Madonna, and what an incredible partnership. Capturing the essence of a Saturday night in the most glorious way, Kylie describes the perfect feeling of ‘the night is young’!
The penultimate track is ‘Midnight Rain’, featuring Orville Peck and Diplo. With the raspy vocals meeting Kylie’s, a brand new sound is born unlike any other on the album. dance meets Country, and is a perfectly placed surprise towards the end of the new collection.
