Cascada has released her gorgeous new collection and mixture of new songs and covers in the shape of ‘Studio 24’.

Starting strong, the album starts with a cover of ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, and sets a high precedence for the remaining songs. Sticking a new and updated spin on the classic, Cascada covers this track perfectly.

‘Boogie Wonderland’ was originally sang by Earth, Wind and Fire and fits into this release perfectly. The covers don’t stop there, as shortly after we also have the Blondie classic ‘Call Me’. No matter the original track or genre, Cascada can keep any song upbeat and keep her own sound, something that many artists can get lost trying to do.

‘Ain’t Nobody’ has seen many covers, most famously by Liberty X back in the early 2000’s. The unforgettable intro and backing track will have you casted back to distant memories in no time! A few tracks later we have ‘Murder’. In typical disco fashion, Natalie Horler’s vocals are second to none as she grasps hold of some more serious lyrics.

‘You Keep Me Hanging On’ brings the tone back to that light and airy beat that fans have learned to love from the artist. Re imagining a classic, like many on this album, a new sound is born on a song that has followed many of us for a long time!

Rounding up the new collection in the neatest bow possible is the album title track – ‘Studio 24’. From start to finish Natalie Horler has repeatedly impressed her listeners with her own twist on many classics spanning across many decades and genres. There’s a song for every mood, and will hit you right in the nostalgic feels.
