“Love Somebody” is the new single from the fantastoc singer Morgan Wallen – and it is now avaliable to stream on all major streaming platforms!
Morgans vocals are what truly shines in the new track. His low tones are filled with emotion that you would find hard to express in everyday conversation. It’s the perfect country song for fans who love a good story-telling embedded in the lyrics of a song. He wrote the single with John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Elof Loelv and Ryan Vojtesak, and was produced by Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome. This collaboration created an absolute masterpiece with beautiful muscianship, telling a tale of finding a lover who won’t break your heart in two.
On the single, Morgan Wallen explains;
“‘Love Somebody’ is a little bit of a new approach lyrically and sonically. I wanted to try something different, with what I wanted to talk about, how I wanted it to sound, and we were inspired by Latin-leaning influences. I’m really excited about this song and pumped that it is out.” – Billboard
Back in May, the country singer teased “Love Somebody” on his TikTok before then performing the song during the European leg of his One Night at a Time Tour. Now, fans are now able to hear the full studio version, and he did not disappoint.
His One Night at a Time Tour comes to an end this weekend (18-19 October), and what a massive tour it was! The tour spanned two years, 87 shows, 10 countries, and 51 stadium plays, in addition to festivals and arenas and was named Billboard’s country tour of the year in 2023. Two years of performing, and now he is treating us to new music. What more could we ask for!
