Fall Guy has been the talk of the town since the trailer was dropped. Now, you can finally see it at your local cinema!
The film has a rather unique twist to it. Stuntmen usually get overlooked in films as they are meant to look like the main character. Well, Fall Guy takes on a different perspective. This time, the film is all about the stuntman. Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) is the stuntman for movie star; Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson). He is also in love with camera operative and aspiring director Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt). Whilst filming a particularly dangerous scene, Colt gets into a serious accident and injures his back, which he then finds himself in a spiral of failure. Unfortunately, this also means that he isolates himself from the woman he loves; Jody.
Over a year later, Colt receives a call from Tom’s producer, Gail Meyer (Hannah Waddingham). Gail wants to rehire Colt in the new Tom Ryder film that Jody is now directing. But, there is more to this story than meets the eye. Gail actually called Colt to try and find Tom Ryder as he is now missing. If he doesn’t return to the set in time, then Jody’s dream of being a director is over. Colt MUST find Tom in time to stop that from happening. Strap though folks, because this film takes on so many twists and turns that you will be on the edge of your seat.
The cast is simply fabulous. Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt make a fantastic on screen pair that bounce off of each other wonderfully. Fall Guy is a long awaited film is well-worth the watch so be sure to get to your local cinema quick to ensure that you don’t miss out on all the action!
