Yes, for all you crime nuts out there, the very popular show, Criminal Minds, has just announced their newest season!
Now, for those of you that don’t know what Criminal Minds is; it is a fantastic show that has been running since 2005! It follows a team of FBI profilers. They solve cases by profiling the suspects (unsub) character, behaviour, and patterns in order to capture the criminals before they strike again. It can sometimes get explosive, intense, and emotional – but it can also be fun-loving, heartfelt, and sometimes even funny. It is a binge worthy series that you will laugh and cry to. As well as get highly frustrated at when it doesn’t go their way!
In 2020, it was announced that Criminal Minds will continue their adventures in “Criminal Minds: Evolution.” Season one saw the team try and capture criminals and serial killers during the COVID-19 situation. Now, season two will be arriving on Paramount+ on the 6th June. The newest season will have ten shows, and they will air every Thursday. Fans have expressed their excitement over socials, and are wondering if any potential old characters may return? Who knows? The series has a habit of keeping you on your toes.
The official description of season two explains that it:
“picks up as the FBI’s elite team of profilers investigates the deadly mystery of Gold Star. As the conspiracy unfolds, the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) is met with an unexpected complication when serial killer Elias Voit negotiates a deal that transfers him to federal custody in the BAU’s own backyard. The team faces its biggest threat yet and cannot emerge unscathed from the mind-bending consequences.”
