Cristina Hart has dropped her stunning new single ‘Before You’. It is available to listen to on all major streaming platforms!
Cristina has taken a bit of a hiatus spanning over two years, to focus on improving her mental health and to fall back in love with music. Her new era includes gorgeous comeback tracks ‘Never Be Her’, ‘Crash’, and now ‘Before You’, proving to be her strongest musical phase yet!
‘Before You’ introduces the feeling of meeting the right person and completely changing your mind on what you thought you wanted from life. Growing up surrounded by unhealthy relationships can give you a firm understanding early on that a significant other and family life is not for you. However, if you meet the one who is right for you, you might just decide otherwise.
When discussing the new release, Cristina said:
‘Growing up with parents that aren’t together is always a bit hard to wrap your head around as a kid. There’s always this secret hope that one day they’ll get back together until one day you realize that that’s never going to happen. I think it’s easy to think you’ve done something wrong to cause this as a child and that can really impact how you view relationships as an adult. I’m so lucky to have found someone that’s shown me what this kind love looks like and I wanted to write this as a little diary entry to show that despite what’s happened in your past, you are deserving of love and, if you find the right person, you can still have and nurture a healthy relationship.’
Cristina’s upcoming project named ‘Online Therapy’ will be focused on during 2024 and will explore themes of grief, anxiety, and mental health. Being the most vulnerable version of herself. Cristina will be sharing her thoughts with the world on some massive topics.
