S Club have uploaded single versions of classic tracks over the last couple of months, including lesser known B Sides accompanying each track.

2023 saw the return of S Club 7, who announced their reunion earlier on in the year and played sold out shows throughout the Autumn. With the sudden loss of Paul Cattermole in April and a new single, the band returned as a 5 piece with Jo O’Meara, Tina Barrett, Rachel Stevens, Bradley McIntosh and Jon Lee.

To celebrate their success, the band have released single versions of hit releases from back in the day, including B Sides that fans have been waiting for to stream. Here’s our Top 5!

5. So Right

‘So Right’ was included in the single for ‘Bring It All Back’ and was S Club’s first released single. Taking you right back to the Miami 7 days, many fans remember this track from the TV series outtakes. This is certainly a stand out track for the band, and has a slightly mature sound than other releases from that era.

4. Right Guy

Sticking with the more maturing feel, ‘Right Guy’ as featured on the single for ‘Don’t Stop Movin” back in 2001. Brad’s vocals will have you dancing around your living room by the first chorus, as he describes why he is the ‘Right Guy’ for a new flame. The lyrics and backing track go together perfectly, and almost have a Spanish sounding quality.

3. We Can Work It Out

Another Miami 7 track from the early years, ‘We Can Work It Out’ featured on ‘Two In a Million’ / ‘You’re My Number 1’. One thing that the group wanted to promote to their young listeners at the time was the importance of friendship, and this track is the perfect example of supporting your loved ones. Remember, the main audience for S Club at the time were children so these messages remain important to little ears!

2. Our Time Has Come

‘Our Time Has Come’ is also an early track in the career of S Club. With each member having their stand out vocals sing each part of the number, it’s all about feeling good and reminding you to feel grounded and trust your gut!

1. Down at Club S

This track screams everything that S Club set out to be. Fun, Cheesy, and a feel-good sound, this track as well as the above mentioned ‘We Can Work It Out’ accompanied the single for ‘S Club Party’. This absolute banger was one of a few songs to reference the band directly in the song, something that artists, at that time, didn’t do. ‘Down at Club S’ is typical S Club sounding, and long-term fans couldn’t be happier that this song, as well as all others, are now available for streaming.
