Today, 28th of October, superstar Rihanna has finally returned to the music scene by releasing her new single “Lift Me Up.”
“Lift Me Up” is a beautiful, atmospheric single with Rihanna once again showcasing her absolutely stunning vocals. Goosebumps with travel around your body as you listen to this stunning ballad. It’s a tearjerker to say the least, yet you don’t mind because it is such a pleasure to listen to. The songstress had released some highly respected tracks over the years, and she has returned showing everyone that this is how she will continue.
The single is the leading track for the new upcoming film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” It acts as a tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman who sadly passed away of cancer back in 2020. It’s a tribute to his extraordinary life and legacy. Alongside Rihanna, “Lift Me Up” was written by Tems, Ryan Coogler, and Oscar winner Ludwig Göransson. Together, they’ve created a sensational masterpiece that will go down in music history. The single is now available to stream via all major streaming platforms!
“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” is one of the most highly anticipated films of 2022. The story sees Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba) fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. The heroes of the film work together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. It’s a story that we can not wait to see before our eyes. Although Chadwick Boseman will no longer be part of the incredible cast, they will continue to share the tale of Wakanda and make him proud.
