The Boys Season 3 Comes to Amazon Prime

The Boys Season 3 is now on Amazon Prime. There are 3 episodes available to watch, with the rest of the episodes releasing once a week.

The series is set in a world where superheroes and intricate powers are the ‘norm’, and follows ‘The Seven’. This is a group of super abled heroes, who are relied on when there’s trouble. However, The Boys takes a few dive into the reality of if this were true, and how the heroes wouldn’t always use their success for good.

On Friday 3rd June, Amazon Prime uploaded the first three episodes, which have really set the scene of what to expect. With scenes more gory than ever, fans are thrilled with the return and guessing what will happen next.

For his own personal reasons, Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) wants nothing more than for The Seven to be over. From the first season, viewers have seen him recruit ‘The Boys’, coming together to bring them down. However, Billy decides to do something he has always sworn against, and takes Compound V to have similar strengths and powers to that of the ‘heroes’.

The series so far has documented the decline of potentially the most famous member of The Seven, Homelander (Antony Starr). With the pressure of fame and fortune mixed with his evil attitude, Billy and his team are determined to take him down once and for all.

If you’re looking for a gritty new TV show to sink you teeth into, this might be your new fix. It’s weird, funny, and out of this world. However, there are certain scenes that some viewers may find uncomfortable.
