Lady Gaga has released ‘Hold My Hand’, taken from the new film ‘Top Gun: Maverick’. It’s available to listen to on major streaming platforms!
‘Hold My Hand’ is from the upcoming movie ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and has been released globally Interscope Records. The track was also produced by Lady Gaga herself and BloodPop, with dditional production by Benjamin Rice. The film is due to hit theatres on May 27th.
With the dramatic and powerful vocals we have grown to love from Gaga, she pulls in this gorgeous track with nothing elegance. Something about this song sets itself apart from many other motion picture soundtracks.
When discussing the new track on Instagram, Lady Gaga said:
“I wanted to say that I wrote the song for the INCREDIBLE movie #topgun #topgunmaverick but also for people who feel like they’re not gonna be ok or WE ARE never gonna be ok and that life taught me through hard times to have faith in humanity when it’s hard to have faith in yourself when you feel lonely, sad, removed from the world, far away from yourself and others #holdmyhand One day you may even be strong enough to hold your own 🤝. I love you with my whole heart for all the years I’ve been blessed to sing, write songs, produce and perform for you. Thank you 🙏 here we go!!! 🖤✈️ “
The track has some really gorgeous lyrics, explaining how to take a chance and let nature run its’ course. Finding a special someone, whether it’s a relationship or a friendship, Gaga sings beautifully the feeling of putting your hope in someone else.
