Aeris Roves has dropped his brand new, heart felt banger ‘Enough For Me’. The track is now available to listen to on Spotify!
The London based singer song writer has brought out the new song after the success of previous singles ‘Cairo’, ‘Long Way Down’ and ‘Pull Me Closer’.
Aeris Roves has a number of influences stemming from popular soul and modern R&B genres. Including Frank Ocean, Kanye West, The Drifters and Majid Jordan, to name but a few. He rose to stardom in 2018 with his SoundCloud release ‘Banks’. The track amassed tonnes of listeners across the UK, and then across the Atlantic, resulting in Billie Eilish inviting him to support her on tour.
The delicate vocals from Aeris open the track in the most beautiful, genuine way. This is such a chill out tune, and will be put on numerous playlists for so many different moods! The lyrics depict that it’s ok to feel insecure in a relationship, even when they give you no reason to have doubt. The right person will understand and ease your mind!
When discussing the track, Aeris Roves said:
“A rare occurrence in that this song was finished in a day making it very forthright. It was written almost as encouragement to a self doubting partner, proclaiming that all they are is in fact enough.”
The track was co-written with Josh Fountain and Djeisan Suskov, of the band ‘Leisure’. It was also co-produced with Two Inch Punch, who have worked with the likes of Anne Marie, Maisie Peters and Jessie Ware.
In a truly authentic way, the track was written in only a day to acknowledge the insecurities from a partner and to wrap them up in reassurance.
