Pave The Jungle have recently dropped their brand-new single they have titled “Picture Of Health.” The track is now available to stream everywhere via all major streaming platforms!

“Picture of Health” is the new single by Newcastle duo Pave The Jungle – consisting of Rachael Whittle and Scott Jeffery. The track is filled to the brim with insane guitar melodies and raw lyricism that will get your brain ticking. You can hear the attitude within every word sung. The meaning behind those lyrics explores vocalist Rachael’s mental scars and her underlining health issues. She’s showing a vulnerable side of herself to her listeners, and the best thing that they can do in return is to listen and appreciate how hard that is.

When talking about the single, she explains;

The lyrics here are probably some of my most personal… I write a lot about the health issues I experience; it’s almost as though once I’ve written about it I can detach myself from it. Like the negativity is purged from my system. I guess many people can relate heavily to the chorus line: “I am wasting time I know; more so than ever”. We all procrastinate sometimes, even when we know the thing that needs doing is ultimately good for us!”

The track follows the success of the pairs previous single “All You Know” which was released earlier this year. Last year, they dropped a fine EP ‘The Hissing‘, and includes some bangers such as Punktastic, NARC and DIY. Pave The Jungle plan to realse a new body of work later this year. Not only that, but they will also be heading out on tour this November! Full dates can be found below;
