Rowdy Outsider Drop New Single ‘Fall Away’

Irish alternative band, Rowdy Outsider, have recently shared their brand-new single “Fall Away.” The catchy track is now available to stream via Spotify!

If you’re looking for a new alt band that reminds you of your teenage years, then Rowdy Outsider are the band for you. We all went through a Green Day, All Time Low, and My Chemical Romance phase, (if you were smart enough, you would never have grown out of it). If this is your style, then “Fall Away” is right up your street. The band have drawn influence from the late 90s/early 2000s pop-punk era, and have modernised it to fit with the current times.

Lyrically, the song focusses on the dissolution of a long-term relationship and the realisation of the huge change to follow the breakup. A situation that many of us could relate too. The best songs out there are the ones where you feel an instant connection. “Fall Away” will certainly allow you to do that. The single was self-produced, mixed, and mastered by the band themselves, and has an energetic tone, whilst also having a raw and vulnerable meaning behind the upbeat tempos.

When talking about “Fall Away,” vocalist of Rowdy Outsider Matthew Doyle explains;

“While on the surface the song is a sombre ballad, Fall Away brings undertones of relief, hope and excitement for the future”

Rowdy Outsider came together after bonding over their love for music in school. the found inspiration in the Irish music scene and have gigged relentlessly across their home country. Since forming, they have been able to grow a steady and loyal fanbase. Their gigs have enabled them to gain a name for themselves on the live music scene. Their new single will sure make an absolute banger live!

This is a track that deserves to be on your playlist – especially if you’re in the mood for a classic alternative band. For further updates on future releases, be sure to follow Rowdy Outsider on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
