Surfaces Drop New Single ‘So Far Away’

Multi-platinum duo, Surfaces, have recently dropped their brand-new single “So Far Away.” The track is now available to stream via all major streaming platforms!

“So Far Away” was written and produced by Forrest Frank and Colin Padalecki – the two members of the duo Surfaces. The single has a chill vibe that is perfect to listen to when you’re chilling in the sun. A track that suits the beach, a roadtrip, or even just lounging in the garden on a hot day. It was released alongside a dreamy music video that captures the sound and the story behind the track wonderfully. The music video is now available to view via YouTube below;

Surfaces have recently shared the news that they will be performing Stubb’s in Austin, TX on 25th June. This will mark their first live performance of 2021 – and we’re sure that they are itching to get back on that stage. In addition to this, they will also be spending the summer period performing at a variety of different festivals including, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, and Reading and Leeds here in the UK. Fans can expect that more shows, festivals and tour date news in the coming months. The band shot to fame after the success of their single “Sunday best’ – and absolute anthem that turned into a global sensation. The song went double-platinum by the RIAA, has been streamed a massive 2.3 billion streams, and they have had the opportunity to perform the track on some of America’s biggest talk shows including The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and The TODAY Show. Since then, they have continued to wow the us all with their catchy tunes – one of which being  Learn To Fly, a song that features an icon as well as their hero, Elton John.

They have continued to create fantastic music for all of your ears when they ventured to Malibu to work on new music. Being Pacific coast, they were hit by a wave of inspiration. They took advantage of this feeling by writing their single  Wave of You – a song that only gives a glimpse of what is to come next.
