Rock band, They Fell From The Sky, have recently released an animated music video for their song “Dry.” The video is now available to watch via YouTube below;
“Dry” is their up coming single that showcases their heavy rock sound. The track is featured on the bands debut album which is due to be released in Spring time this year. This single allows us an insight as to what direction the sound of the album is heading towards. The album was produced by their guitarist Dave Draper – who has also worked with the likes of The Wildhearts, The Professionals and Kerbdog.
When talking about “Dry,” They Fell From The Sky explain;
“It’s about people who are consistently only apologetic when absolutely caught out; But are not actually sorry at all.”
The music video is an insane animated film that has it’s trips elements. It suits rock vibe of the single. Everything is in your face but in the best way possible. Whilst it shows various images of weird symbols and animation, the band have been able to perfectly bring “Dry” to life by using their creativity to showcase the feel of the song, rather than the meaning behind it.
The band formed after Colin Doran and Jason Bowld got together for a musical project titled “This Is Menace.” The pair then started writing with Dave Draper before then completing the line-up with Lee Erinmez (Snuff) and Oly Edkins. Now, all members headed into the studio, and with each individual talents, they were able to create a sound like no other. Their unique songwriting skills is what bought the band together.
