Jessy Yasmeen Drops New Single ‘Holy Water’

The up and coming Dutch songstress, Jessy Yasmeen, has recently released her magnificent new single titled “Holy Water.” The track is now available to stream on Spotify!

“Holy Water” is filled with soulful tones and lyrics you can’t help but relate to. Jessy’s beautiful vocals truly make the song what it is. Her talent for creating such a wonderful track is so addictive, it will leave you craving for more. The track is the first chapter of her upcoming album “Formation” – which she will be splitting into five parts. The first part is all about losing yourself, followed by crusade, surrender, liberation and rebirth.

When talking about “Holy Water,” the Jessy Yasmeen explains;

“‘Holy Water’ started as a song about my narcissistic, but the meaning changed as I figured out it was all about me not loving myself. He somehow made me forget about me.”

Jessy has both Dutch and South American roots – she uses both sides as influences when creating her craft. Her songs pack a punch and are not easy to forget about after hearing them. The songstress has performed over 200 shows which has allowed to not only gain a following, but also be nominated for some awards including two nominations in the Rotterdam Music Awards. Her music has been played on radio stations worldwide. Her debut album is certainly one to look out for, and is bound to see Jessy rise even further.
