Singer and songwriter Frances has recently dropped TWO new singles titled “Ocean in Gold” and “Rare.” Both tracks are now available to stream on all major streaming platforms!

Both tracks have their own individual uniqueness, yet they will both take you to that enchanting place that you can get lost in to. The perfect escape. “Ocean in Gold” is a simple ballad with Frances’ stunning vocals on top of a gentle piano. “Rare” has more of a magical feel to it, but the two are just as beautiful as the other. The tracks give us a glimpse into the singers highly anticipated album “Wonder” – which sees eight songs entirely written and produced by the songstress herself! “Wonder” is due to be released on the 9th of April and is now available to pre-order here.

When talking about the two-track single, Frances explains;

These songs have always been a pair in my mind which is why I felt I had to release them both together. They’re both just about being totally in awe of somebody. I remember when the lyric ‘my love you’re worth the weight of the ocean in gold’ came into my mind, it actually brought a tear to my eye because I felt I’d finally summed up that feeling of awe. Weirdly, Rare was written about 5 years before Ocean In Gold, but it’s like it was always waiting for its partner and now they can finally be released together.”

Frances has recently started teasing a photo series called “Spaces” which celebrates the places in which she created the album. With photos taken by Harvey Pearson, they have been able to capture locations such as the singers local pub, her home studio, and other places. These photos will be released in the lead up to the album across her socials. You will be able to witness the places where masterpieces were made.

“Wonder” is bound to be a killer album so be sure to check it out upon release. For further updates on what Frances is up to, be sure to follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
