Intervene have recently released their single ‘The Conquering’. The track is now avaiable to stream on Spotify!
Intervene have thrilled new and existing fans with the release of ‘The Conquering’ back in January. Consisting of Jack Constantine on vocals, Tom Rodgers on guitar, Steve Regan on keyboard, Carter Beecroft on bass and Adam Wright on drums, Intervene from South Yorkshire are set to take the music world by storm.
The band recorded the new track at The Warren Studios in Attercliffe, Sheffield, with Jack Howarth. ‘The Conquering’ is an exciting first release through the groups’ ‘Major Players Records’ label, since a release deal with award winning producer Pete Brazier.
The new single is a personal track based on experience from the last year or so. The thoughts of how our nation could have handled things better, as well as the pressure with personal setbacks, is something that more than most can relate to. The raw emotion in the vocals combined with the perfectly timed instruments and backing track, makes for a song you’ll want to shout from the rooftops. It really is a testiment to the sound of the group.
Lead singer Jack Constantine said:
“Compromise is a curse. If no-one gets what they want, it’s all totally fucking futile. We’re all pretty wound up after the lost year of 2020, and if we’ve learned anything it’s that we can’t afford to waste any more time. No matter what this year throws at us, we’re set on finding our way out of the wilderness – where we’ve been for a last couple of years actually.”
