Come at the King Release New Single ‘In My Place’

London-based rock band Come at the King have recently dropped their latest single “In My Place.” This rocking track is now available to stream on Spotify!

“In My Place” was released ahead of the bands second EP “Take To The Streets.” You won’t have long to wait to hear more from the trio however, the EP is due to be released on the 13th of November. If you enjoyed this track, it might be worth making a note on your calendar.

The single will make you miss that mosh-pit. Come at the King take influences early 00’s garage rock revival, with the swagger of the mid 90s Britpop scene added into the mix. The perfect combination if you ask us.

“In My Place” was produced by Max Hopwood at London Road Studios and mastered by Philip Marsden. You can hear hints of Oasis and Arctic Monkeys, yet the band have still made their sound their own. The track is about the arrogant front that one may put on to win another persons affections. Once succeeded, this persona quickly fades once you have let your guard down.

If you have excellent taste in rock music, then this is the band for you. Their EP is only a few days away, so be sure to follow Come at the Kings on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram ready for when it drops. You certainly don’t want to miss it!
